New tax cuts are about to take effect in Oklahoma. KFOR reports that the average Oklahoman will save about 130 dollars next year, but the state will likely lose 137-million-dollars in tax revenue due to the personal and corporate tax cuts. Supporters say the cuts will help attract new businesses to the state, but opponents argue that the cuts will not have the desired impact. The tax cuts will take effect January 1st.
