An escaped inmate is taken back into custody. Officials say Charles Buzzard walked away from the Jim E. Hamilton Correctional Center on Monday. Staff noticed that Buzzard was not present during a count, and he was captured east of the correctional center near railroad tracks. Buzzard is serving a nine-year sentence for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender in Delaware County.
