An actor from the Home Alone films is facing criminal charges following an incident in Oklahoma City. KFOR reports that 44-year-old Devin Ratray faces domestic assault and battery by strangulation and domestic assault and battery charges after he allegedly battered and attempted to strangle his girlfriend while in Oklahoma City earlier this month. Ratray was in Oklahoma City to appear as a celebrity guest during OKC's Pop Christmas Con at Wyndham Garden Oklahoma City Airport at the time of the incident. Ratray portrayed Buzz McCallister in Home Alone and Home Alone Two: Lost in New York.
