Oklahoma County Commissioner Kevin Calvey is planning to run for Oklahoma County District Attorney. Calvey says if elected, he will drop the charges against five police officers who are accused of manslaughter in the death of 15-year-old Stavian Rodriguez. The teen was shot and killed by police after he allegedly robbed an Oklahoma City gas station at gunpoint nearly a year ago. Calvey says the charges against the officers are wrongful.
