A man is dead and a woman is in the hospital after a crash in Noble County. It happened yesterday on I-35 near Orlando, where authorities say a vehicle driven by 57-year-old Gregory Arnold went off the highway, hitting a culvert, sand barrels, and a bridge pier. He was pronounced dead at the scene. His passenger, identified as 62-year-old Mei Wu Arnold, is in critical condition. The crash is being investigated.
