A clemency hearing for Julius Jones is being delayed. Officials announced yesterday that Jones' clemency hearing, which was scheduled for today, will now take place on November 1st. Jones' execution is set for less than a month from now for the 1999 murder of Edmond businessman Paul Howell. If the Pardon and Parole Board and Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt agree, Jones could be taken off death row.
