Oklahoma's newly passed abortion restrictions are set to take effect on November 1st. The new laws will take effect after an Oklahoma County judge yesterday denied a request to block multiple laws. One law requires doctors who perform abortions to be board-certified OB/GYN physicians. The judge also turned down a request to block two bills that place new regulations on abortion medication.
