An investigation is underway into conditions for inmates at the Oklahoma County Jail. KFOR reports a grand jury is being convened to probe the Oklahoma County Detention Center following a request from District Attorney David Prater. The DA requested the investigation on Wednesday, saying he wants to look into claims of "lethal uncorrected mismanagement." The grand jury will also investigate the State Pardon and Parole Board following allegations of members violating state law during parole and clemency consideration.
