The MAPS 4 Implementation Plan is one step closer to reality. Oklahoma City's City Council approved the plan yesterday. The program is funded by a temporary one-cent sales tax that is expected to raise 978 million dollars over eight years. MAPS 4 includes 16 projects including upgrades to sports venues, parks, sidewalks and a new multipurpose stadium.
