The Oklahoma Attorney General's Office is planning to challenge President Biden's new COVID vaccine mandate. AG John O'Connor announced Thursday he is preparing litigation in response to the president's vaccination requirement for federal workers and businesses with over 100 employees. Those who do not get vaccinated will be subject to weekly testing under the president's executive order. Governor Kevin Stitt also voiced his opposition to the mandate, calling it "federal overreach."
