Anyone going to OU football's season opener in New Orleans is going to need a COVID shot or a negative test. Tulane's Yulman Stadium is requiring attendees to show proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test in order to enter the stadium. This comes after a mandate from New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell that covers restaurants, bars, casinos, and major sporting events. The Sooners face the Green Wave to kickoff the season on September Fourth.
