A series of proposed reforms for the Oklahoma City Police Department are unveiled. The report, which was released yesterday, outlines eight recommendations. The recommendations include changing de-escalation procedures, more crisis response training, adding more youth outreach and providing a different response to mental health calls. The report was created by community leaders, lawmakers and activists.
