One man is dead and another is in the hospital after a semi-truck crashed near I-40 Saturday. Authorities were called to the scene in Caddo County near Hinton, where the semi reportedly went off the highway and crashed into an embankment. The crash killed the driver, identified as 59-year-old Andre Hood. The passenger in the vehicle, 27-year-old Marquez McDowell, is in serious condition. The crash is being investigated.
