Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt is not planning to declare a state of emergency due to a rising number of COVID-19 cases. Stitt made the announcement after four Democrats in the Oklahoma House of Representatives asked the governor to reinstate the COVID-19 emergency declaration. The Oklahoma State Department of Health also announced yesterday that COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations are manageable for now.
