A Tulsa man is pleading guilty to child neglect after his children were found dead in a hot car. Dustin Dennis admitted that while he slept, his four-year-old daughter and three-year-old son climbed into his truck, got locked inside and died from the extreme heat last summer. Federal prosecutors are calling for Dennis to serve three to six years in prison.
