Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt is facing a lawsuit over ending extra unemployment benefits. A lawsuit has been filed in Oklahoma County Court suing the governor and Oklahoma Employment Security Commission in an effort to restore the $300 extra federal pandemic benefit payments cut at the end of last month. A hearing on the matter will take place August 11th.
