A man is safe after spending several hours on a highway sign in Tulsa. State troopers say the man climbed onto the sign over the southbound lanes of I-244 near Exit 3B yesterday morning. The man climbed down from the sign after about seven hours and was taken to a hospital for treatment. Authorities say he appeared to be suffering from a mental crisis.
