The main part of Oklahoma's fiscal year 2022 budget is signed into law. Governor Kevin Stitt signed the General Appropriations Bill yesterday. The bill marks the final step for the 8.3 billion dollar plan to fund the state government. The budget adds 172 million dollars to education and restores most of the cuts the state made last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
