A man is in custody in connection with the fatal shooting of a disabled veteran last month. Reuben Ingram was recently arrested on a first-degree murder complaint for the death of 49-year-old Gabe Pugh. Pugh was shot in the back at his apartment complex near Northwest 18th and Youngs Boulevard on April 25th. Officials say Ingram has yet to be formally charged.
