Four people are dead, including two children, after a crash on Friday night. The wreck happened on U.S. Highway 69 in Ottawa County near Quapaw. Authorities did not release any details, but said it was raining at the time of the crash. The victims are identified as 30-year-old Charlsee Eberly, 28-year-old Kaitlyn Kibel, a ten-year-old boy, and a seven-year-old girl. Three other children were injured in the crash, but they are in stable condition.
