Voters across the state are heading to the polls today to cast ballots in a number of state and local races. In Oklahoma City, voters will choose city council members in wards one and three. Edmond voters will select their next mayor and Norman voters will choose a ward three city council member. Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
