Oklahoma City Mayor David Holt is encouraging people to get the COVID-19 vaccine. Holt received his first dose of the vaccine yesterday morning. The mayor says he chose to get the vaccine yesterday because about 85-percent of adults in Oklahoma are eligible to receive the vaccine under the first three phases of the state's rollout plan.
