The Archbishop of the Oklahoma City Archdiocese is urging fellow Catholics to get the COVID-19 vaccine. Archbishop Paul Coakley said "the needs of public health make it morally licit" to get vaccinated, no matter which one you receive. This comes after the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops discouraged getting the Johnson and Johnson vaccine because of the use of cells that descended from aborted fetus tissue. Coaxley said there is "no moral or ethical reason" to not get the vaccine.
