Two Nebraska teens are dead following a shootout with officers in Muskogee. Authorities say 17-year-old Farrah Rauch and 17-year-old Joseph Dugan had taken part in a multi-state crime spree before getting in a shootout with officers on Sunday afternoon in Muskogee following a chase and crash. The female suspect was shot and killed by police, and the male suspect died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound after fleeing into a wooded area. The suspects were considered runaways.
