The mother of a 15-year-old armed robbery suspect who was shot and killed by police is suing the city of Oklahoma City. Cameo Holland's attorney says they have made several requests for the body camera video from the November incident to be released. The lawsuit, which was filed yesterday, was done so under the Open Records Act. The teen, Stavian Rodriguez, was shot and killed after he allegedly tried to rob a gas station at gunpoint.
