Sand Springs police are identifying the suspect and victims in a murder-suicide that left four people dead. Authorities say 31-year-old Phillip Ross killed 41-year-old Anastacia Lynn Smith, her four-year-old daughter River Gale Ross, and her two-year-old daughter Piper Ann Ross before taking his own life. The bodies were discovered by the children's grandmother on Saturday. The murder-suicide is under investigation.
