A teenager who was with another teen who was shot and killed by police is now facing charges. 17-year-old Wyatt Cheatham is charged with first-degree murder as a juvenile in connection with the death of 15-year-old Stavian Rodriguez. Authorities say Cheatham admitted his role in planning and committing a robbery at a convenience store in the 79-hundred-block of South Western Avenue in Oklahoma City on November 23rd. Rodriguez was shot and killed by police at the store following the robbery.
