Oklahoma County's small business and nonprofit grant program is getting a financial boost. County commissioners voted yesterday to allocate another five million dollars of CARES Act funding to the program. The money is part of the nearly 25 million dollars that was returned to Oklahoma County by the jail trust. The CARES Act money must be spent by December 30th.
