The family of a teenager who was shot and killed by Oklahoma City police is planning to file a lawsuit against the police department. An attorney for the family of 15-year-old Stavian Rodriguez announced yesterday that a tort claim was filed against the Oklahoma City Police Department. According to the tort claim, Rodriguez's mother is seeking 175 thousand dollars in damages. Rodriguez was shot and killed on November 24th after police said he was caught robbing a convenience store.
