Oklahoma Attorney General Mike Hunter is joining a brief in support of a lawsuit that looks to invalidate the presidential election. Hunter is one of 17 attorneys general signing on to the lawsuit filed by Texas AG Ken Paxton that challenges the Biden victories in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin. Paxton claims the states made unconstitutional changes to voting laws that impacted the election results. Hunter said he joined the brief to encourage the Supreme Court to "thoughtfully consider and address the matters presented."
