The state of Oklahoma is revealing its preliminary COVID-19 vaccine distribution plan. KFOR reports that according to a recent draft, the vaccine would be first given to healthcare workers and people in nursing homes and assisted living centers. The second phase would include first responders and vulnerable populations; and the final phase would include the general population. The state report says the vaccine could be available as soon as next month.
