Oklahomans voted by mail in huge numbers this election, but not all of the ballots were accepted. The State Election Board reports more than 4,700 absentee ballots were rejected for reasons such as not being notarized or not including a photocopy of the voter's ID. Election Board Secretary Paul Ziriax said the vast majority of mail-in ballots were counted, noting that only those with "major defects" were rejected.
