A chase with police in southeastern Oklahoma ended with the death of a man who wasn't involved. Durant police say an officer tried to pull over a vehicle for a broken headlight on Wednesday, but the driver tried to flee. Authorities say the officer pursued the driver across three counties while the suspect weaved through traffic, until the suspect allegedly tried to pass an uninvolved vehicle and crashed into it. The driver of the vehicle, identified as Glenn Trammell, was killed in the wreck. His wife was taken to the hospital with critical injuries, while the suspect, identified as Shawn Baumgardner, was hospitalized as well.
