Former University of Oklahoma President David Boren and former OU Vice President Tripp Hall will not be indicted in connection with sexual misconduct allegations. Former U.S. Attorney Pat Ryan, who was appointed as special counsel to oversee the investigation, made the announcement yesterday. The investigation began last year when a former aide accused Boren of sexual misconduct. Boren released a statement thanking the public for their support, and Hall released a statement to KOCO calling it "a relief to see this madness end."
