An Oklahoma charter school is being ordered to pay back millions of dollars to the state. The Oklahoma State School Board voted during a special meeting yesterday to demand EPIC Charter Schools turn over more than 11 million dollars that the state auditor says it owes the state. A state audit claims EPIC Charter Schools owe the state of Oklahoma more than 11 million dollars for payroll overages, administration costs as well as sending 200 thousand dollars to California to start a school there.
