A man who spent almost three decades behind bars for a crime he didn't commit is suing the state of Oklahoma. Corey Atchison was found guilty of murdering James Lane in 1991 following the testimony of a single witness. That witness later came forward to say they were coerced into testifying against Atchison, leading to his release from prison last year. In the lawsuit, Atchison claims prosecutors and members of the Tulsa Police Department coerced false testimony to convict him.
