Officials are blaming the COVID-19 pandemic for staffing problems at the Oklahoma County Jail. Jail officials say 28 employees have either tested positive for the coronavirus or they are awaiting test results. Other employees are self-quarantining as a precaution. Oklahoma City police say they are writing more citations in an effort to limit the number of new inmates at the jail.
