Oklahoma City police fired tear gas into a crowd of protesters outside the city's police headquarters. Protesters had been throwing rocks and bricks at officers and a sheriff's vehicle was set on fire near the Oklahoma County jail. Windows at the Oklahoma County jail were also broken.
Some businesses near N.W. 23rd and Classen Blvd. were vandalized.
More than a dozen people were arrested on complaints of vandalism and assault.
