Oklahoma's fiscal year 2021 state budget is now law. The measure became law after the Oklahoma House and Senate voted yesterday to override Governor Kevin Stitt's veto. The seven-point-seven-billion-dollar plan cuts education funding by two-point-five percent and funding to many state agencies by four percent.
