Oklahoma City officials are looking towards the next phase in the city's reopening process. Mayor David Holt tweeted yesterday evening that officials are preparing to enter the second phase of reopening tomorrow. City officials are urging residents to continue to practice social distancing and wear masks in public. A state reopening plan calls for bars to resume operations and organized sports, funerals and weddings to take place.
Holt tweeted, "Our local public health officials respect the White House gating criteria that was introduced several weeks ago by Dr. Fauci and his team. We analyze our data on symptoms & cases every single day, as required by that criteria. And it appears that we continue to meet it in OKC."
