The suspect in the Penn Square Mall shooting yesterday has turned himself in to police. One person was shot yesterday afternoon at the mall. That person is in critical condition. Early this morning, officials with the Oklahoma City Police Department said the alleged shooter had been taken into custody. The alleged shooter's father reportedly talked him into turning himself over to police.
