At least two people have been confirmed dead after a powerful tornado ripped through El Reno. El Reno Mayor Matt White says 16 people were transported to the hospital to receive treatment for injuries ranging from minor to critical. Another 13 victims were taken by private vehicles. All guests at the American Budget Value Inn that was struck by the tornado have been accounted for. The National Weather Service determined the strength of the storm, but say it was an EF-3 tornado.
