Damage assessment is underway after tornadoes touched down in numerous locations in Oklahoma yesterday. One tornado damaged a house, an apartment complex and a barn in Mangum. Other damage is being reported in Perry, with barns damaged, trees and power lines being knocked down. There have been reports of damage to trees and some homes, just east/southeast of McLoud, near Dale. City officials in El Reno are warning residents to stay home and avoid any travel due to heavy flooding in many areas. El Reno Public Schools have canceled classes for Tuesday. Widespread power outages are reported around the state. There have been no reports of any serious injuries.
