A sad time for the Bartlesville Police Department. Lt. Robb Fouts died Sunday. He had recently been diagnosed with cancer. He worked for the Bartlesville Police Department for 24 years.
A funeral service will be held Saturday at 10 am at Highland Park Baptist Church in Bartlesville. His family has requested that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the National Law Enforcement Memorial Fund in Washington D-C.
