The State Corporation Commission has approved a final order approving PSO's rate increase that went into effect on an interim basis last October. The average residential customer's bill went up about $12 a month. PSO says the increase is 'vital' for enhancing grid resiliency and reliability, leading to shorter and less frequent outages. PSO serves about 575,000 customers in eastern and southwestern Oklahoma.
