OPEA Plans To Sue Health Department Over Lost Jobs

The Oklahoma Public Employees Association announced today it has notified the State Health Department it plans to file a lawsuit on behalf of 161 former employees who it claims were wrongfully terminated in December 2017 and March 2018.
