Oklahoma City School Superintendent Aurora Lora announced Wednesday she will bring forward a proposal requesting permission to engage communities at the 4 elementary schools named after Confederate generals to see if those communities have interest in going forward with a name change. If there is interest, she says she will come back before the school board with an official proposal to start the process. The four schools are Jackson, Lee, Stand Watie and Wheeler
