The OSBI has arrested a suspect in the July 2 home invasion murder of a Cordell woman inside her home. The suspect is a 14-year-old boy. The boy was arrested Wednesday at his home in Corn and booked into the Washita County jail. The boy's name has not been released. He also faces charges of shooting with intent to kill and first-degree burglary. The woman who was killed was 36-year-old Tammi Thomas. Her 14-year-old son was shot in the shoulder. He was taken to a hospital and has since been released.
