Governor Mary Fallin and Republican leaders on Tuesday announced a revenue agreement they say includes a compromise on three revenue issues. Those issues are raising the gasoline tax, raising the cigarette tax and ending the 2-percent tax rate early for oil and gas wells. Governor Fallin says there is also an agreement on a teacher pay raise plan. House Democrats have already said they will not support the package.
